Hello Everybody,
I have purchased IFB DIGITAL SX 6KG washing machine in FEB 2011, till now it worked very good, no problem at all for me, washing is also very good.
But coming to IFB service, its dam waste, they won’t bother any thing, I have placed a call 5 days back, till now nobody attended the call and you won’t get any response from customer service, they simply told that, they will inform the service center.
So, my serious advice is go for IFB, but don, t depend on their service.
