Right from the purchase (11.02.2020) day of my IFB dishwasher it is troubling. First of all while installing after at least 3 months found defective piece. Panel changed in Ist day. Then tablet place failed working. And now pump not working. Today after six day’s strong follow up IFB mechanic came and replaced by charging Rs 6000/-. Genuine parts ? Discounted Rs 900/- once I agreed to take away the old pump. Matter of surprise
Not satisfactory relationships between customer and brand. Feel like cheated.
All these happened within 3 yrs.
