I have bought this IFB washing machine two years ago. I have ordered it through online on behalf of some Big store. But the actual thing is after payment through online they had delivered a piece that it contains damages in internal part like the internal ballet is hardly damaged.
I had informed them and requested for replacement through a store wherever I Have booked this washing machine. But, the time is slowly getting and up to one month they not even replaced with a new one. Finally after one and half month with more pressures from me they had replaced my product.
But, it is not a good product that I have got more complaints and the clothes are not properly washed and if we load with the weight that they mentioned then it is struck and clothes are not washed perfectly.
