I bought this IFB Diva because of its simplicity, thinking this would leave me free of hassles, being in India for a limited period. The local dealer, Shiva Electronics, said it only came in the one colour - white/yellow; since then I see other colours available on the Net.
After three washes the machine has become unusable due to spin imbalance. It launches itself across the room now in an uncontrollable fit of misbehaviour, totally imbalanced and makes a terrible noise. It took two of us to try and hold it down until the spin cycle was finished!
I could not at present recommend this company or product to my worst enemy. The supplier suggested that I call the technician, who is not working today. He then offered to give the techie my number.Watch this space!
Since washing machines are quite expensive in India compared to the UK/USA this has become rather a disappointment so far.
