I live in Mumbai and I bought this machine 2 years back from Croma store in Mumbai. I was looking for a front loader machine as I was under an impression that they clean well. Had a look at various brands of m/c however settled for IFB as it seems to be a company focused on front load technology.
However I now regret my decision considering that this machine is an violent machine. All is well till the washing stages, however once the drying stages start, the machines shakes so vigorously that it has a capability to break anything that come it way. We have to hold the machine physically in order to keep it at its place. Considering that the drying stages are 3 in number, you could understand that how much bother you have to take in order to clean the clothes once with this machine.
Have brought the same to IFB guys many times, however none seem to have any explanation fot it, except saying that we are overloading the machine (I guess they want us to but only one piece of cloth at a time !!!!!!). Infact one guy also sold a stand for Rs 900 on pretext of stopping the shaking effect, however nothing happened. Worthwhile to note that every IFB visit costs Rs 600.
Anyways, I think other models of IFB may not have this problem.
