Didn’t purchased online but through store. Installation engineer came and was very much focussed on purchasing IFB accessories which in total is worth around 4k. If you don’t purchase a stand from "us" your warranty is void. Forced too much to purchase liquid detergent they brought. Same is the case with tap. Plumbing charge of 350rs just for a tap change. Using machine from last 2 months, Machine is good. This is my first washing machine. So I cannot compare it with any other type or model. But after few days of research, I decided to go with Elena Aqua SX. This sits in the middle of IFB washing machine models. If you need a 6Kg IFB machine, then this is the best option presently. The Steam model doesn’t sell that much I think.
It has a built-in heater(options for both warm & hot) and a built-in softener for decomposing hard water, which is great as I live in an area, where only hard water is available.
There is also option of "Rapid Wash" for less soiled clothes, which reduces wash time by almost 40%. Quick Wash option is also available. Sufficient modes are available for operation.
