IFB Elena Aqua SX 6 kg is indeed a good choice for washing machine in Fully Automatic Front Load category. Washing of clothes is easy and machine seems of good quality.
But after sales support by IFB is PATHETIC. I got three free machine services but could not avail even one. The technician has NEVER paid a visit even after restringing product for service and constant phone calls.
IFB recommends that service should be done by authorized technician but the have very poor network of after sales support and services.
The machine vibrates a lot while washing clothes now a days but I didn’t get any responce from service team after registering my complaint.
