I raised a complaint number 1102200858 on 19th April 2016.
The service technician visited on 21st April but the machine did not complete even one cycle and it stopped.
THe next day when I called IFB Service Center they said that the complaint is closed as the service technician had visited you.(It does not matter to IFB whether the problem is sorted out or not. I do not understand how they can close the complaint when the problem is not sorted out).
Another complaint was lodged 1102225682 and the same service technician came on 23rd April but the problem remains. Of course, the complaint is closed. Now I am asked to lodge third complaint for the same problem.God knows when my washing machine will start.
