A friend of mine used to have it and he was really unhappy with this. First of all it worked very slow. It took too much time for washing clothes more than hour sometimes. When we start washing it used to vibrate a lot and make too much sound. Different modes given seems to be same and pretty hard to operate. The user manual was very hard to understand. Demo person came after 3-4 days and 2-3 calls. After sale service was also not good.
