My washing machine has been flooding my apartment for the past one and a half months. It is still not repaired despite begging ifb everyday. They will attend only when they feel like,
They will give you reasons like -’we don’t have the spare’i have to attend a function so i can’t come today’ etc. And when they do come they won’t even open your machine, just twiddle its knobs and see what is wrong and leave! And their’amc’ is the biggest hoax. They take money from you and give no service.
Don’t fall for ifb, if you know what’s good for you.
