I recently purchased a IFB NEpture DX dishwasher in July 2012 and within 2 months started having a unique problem called F5. Many IFB technicians after numerous phone calls have come and seen the problem but now tell me that we cant do anything about it.
all that IFB does is create a consumer number and there is no one who take responsibility for the product. They have a call centre number and then pass it on to the local franchisee - mine is called Supreme Global Services in Bangalore.
The problem has been persisting for the last 23 days and IFB only keeps generating complaint nos. They have not fixed the problem yet. We have incurred enormous stress and tension and we should have bought some other company product.
