The’service’ or’maintenance’ wing is very bad. Irresponsible.
They will force you to take AMC, paying a hefty sum. so I did that also
When the machine started making a lot of noise, I registered a complaint 2 weeks back.
Now it is more than 2 weeks.
Nothing has been done, still.
When you call their customer care, they give you the’service center number’
When you call the service center they tell you, they will attend.
2 weeks, no one has attended.
If you call try to call the service center owner’s number he does not pick up.

My washing is being done by hand for 2 weeks now!

Finally got thru to the "Area manager". Says he was in a meeting! For 3 days!
I had to state clearly that I would be approaching the law, and THEN He sends a technician, who comes, inspects and says’will come tomorrow’!
