The product which I use ELENA washing machine had wobbling problems from the date or purchase Nov 2007. To solve his I was advised by the so called service person to purchase the IFB trolley. I purchased it by paying Rs 800 extra. Still the problem continued.
The funniest part was when the service person told me that the tiles in my flat are not in correct level due to which the machine is wobbling. So better check your house tiles or get it changed before buying an IFB product.
Now when I call the authorized service person to rectify the problem he wants me to change the DRUM itself which will cost me Rs 5000. Which means I was sold a completely defective piece. I have already spent Rs 3000 to rectify the wobbling problem where the bearing and some other parts were changed, still the problem continued and now I am not interested in spending more on this piece of JUNK.
Piece of Advice: Don’t just go by the ’BRAND NAME’ ask some one who uses the product.
