I own 2 IFB washing machines. An Executive + which is in Kerala and a Senorita Dx which is in Chennai.
My Executive + drum stopped rotating and I called Customer care and raised a ticket. After 1 week they turned up and after some inspection they told that the board is gone! It is still within the warranty period and they said they will bring the new board immediately. Its been 3 weeks after that and there is no response till now.
I wanted to shift my Senorita Dx for which I wanted to fix the drum using bolts. I called up Customer care 2 weeks back and raised a ticket. They said the corresponding person will get in touch with me within 48 hrs. Its been 2 weeks and there is no response. I called up customer care several times and every time they are just playing some tricks saying "we have escalated the issue". Today I called up the customer care again and they told me that my ticket is closed!!!? Im wondering how they can close my ticket without even calling me once??? They have raised another so-called "TICKET" today and I have started waiting for some response.
I will never recommend IFB to anyone based on my experience.
