IFB customer service is pathetic. They don’t care for customers or their convenience. Thye just want to make money by pushing you in to AMCs folowed by no service. I have been chasing them for last one week and have made more than 15 calls. Every time I am told they would attend but it never happens.
I would recommend every one to refrain from buying IFB products.
