I bought this machine 1year back and seriously that was the biggest mistake I have ever done in my life. After spending a good amount on such machine I got nothing. Service is poor, Machine don’t work properly.Their is some issue in the machine balance.It starts dancing when you put your cloths to wash.
Company recommend their own liquid soap which is equally disastrous as the machine is.I asked them to replace the machine then company sent two engineers and they said our machine is okay we cannot do anything about it.
Now I am using this machine as table in my house where I am placing my decorative items.PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY PRODUCT FROM IFB.IT IS NOT A TRUSTED BRAND and this is a my opinion. So please don’t buy this product.
