Extremely bad service from IFB

I would suggest that no one buys the washing machine. After 4 years of service, the machine broke down on the 26th dec. The PCB problem took one month to be replaced. I had to make 25 calls to hemant/manjunna and Sundar( IFB) person to resolve the call. After the PCB got replaced just after one wash, I am seeing an error message’Door. problem happened on 25th JAN. Again I started repeatedly calling. No one picks . No answer.


I would suggest that you buy IFB if you have enough patience or can afford a call centre of your own who can follow up repeatedly. I am so frustrated,  I am sure not recommend IFB to anyone else now,
