I got the IFB executive elite on Nov 5th through Girias, on today its Nov 13th still no one from IFB has come for Installation. In spite of raising a ticket (69392) and calling them more than 10 times, I am yet to get a person for installation of Machine.


I went to extent of contacting service manager who assured the service at a given time and the name of the person who would be attending. But, no one turned up after spending entire one day waiting for the person.


Absolutely frustrating and regretting to have chosen IFB. Even though product may be good (I feel expensive because of the poor service) but service is pathetic.


The companies like these, with good product poor service will definitely fail with time to come.


The problem has started even before performance of the product is assessed. So if someone is buying the product, just a caution of warning on poor after sales.
