IFB washing machine is of very bad quality and requires frequent repairs. Now the machine is completely not working. We raised a complaint on 16-Feb-2013 and till now no resolution. We tried to escalate the issue. So they gave the number of the supervisor Azhagarsamy who will not pick up the call most of the times. I had to call atleast 10 times before he picked up.
Everyday he kept on telling lies that it will be done today / tomorrow. So fed up with him, I asked for escalating further the issue. He gave the number of Priya (Area Executive) who didnt pick up the call for 1 whole day though I called atleast 20 to 30 times. Customer care is useless. My complaint was closed even without resolution and then I had to reopen saying it was never resolved.
ABSOLUTELY USELESS PRODUCT AND PATHETIC SERVICE. DONT EVER BUY IFB.
