I have purchased a Elite model 5 kg washing machine in November 2006, from the day one we face problems like water leakage, poor wash quality, whenever we give a complaint we get a very poor response from the customer support.
If you give a complaint today you have to give 3 reminder calls then only they says the person will come tomorrow evening. Also they give the support through the franchisee and they send the engineers who doesn’t know anything about the product. They are keen in selling products only.
Whenever the person comes from the franchisee they don’t wait or diagonise the problem.
Washing machine we purchase for washing but whoever buys IFB machine they wash in hands only all because of the poor wash quality.
I Suggest everyone not to purchase IFB Products here afterwards. Product and support wise I will suggest you for samsung machine.
