On 21st Thursday, we had logged a compliant.
Same day IFB service engineer Babu-came. He checked the machine and said water leakage is due to small circuit board not functioning which is to be changed.
He said he will procure the new one from your whitefield office and come and attend the machine.
Saturday when we spoke to him, he asked us to speak to his manager Inbanadhan-. When contacted his assistant informed us that the call will be attend on Saturday.
We are trying to call today on 23rd, July 2016 and they are not picking the call. Babu says the AMC photo has been sent to Head office for updating and asked us to contact his boss. NObody is attending the call now. The contract is till 2/11/2016 from 3/11/2014.
Everytime we have a problem, there is a delay. We had the same kind of issue last time also
What is the use of having an AMC when nobody attends.
Will I buy once this AMC period gets Over.
Tomorrow is sunday. If washing machine does not work for 4 days how will we run.

I called Inbanadhan in the morning. Said he will call me after reaching office.
Nobody has replied till now(Its 4:30 pm now).
What should we do?
