Faulty door leaking / hanging worst response

Purchased the machine and was installed by the engineer from IFB, he was not ready to give the complete demo and left. small leakage of water was seen we thought it is through some other source but it was due faulty door, when we complained the engineer came and said faulty screws and replaced the screws and went( Never informed that the door was damaged in transit) and month later same problem and more leakage.


When we called the same engineer he is giving all false reason stating the parts not available. Finally he come and he repairs with the new door with charge(Rs1400). when we ask him why the charge he says door does not come under warranty, we asked him it should be done since the installation of new washing machine this problem is there and we have complained immediately, He tells us to call his supervisor he informs us that it is due to damage during transit.


When we ask why it was not informed us before the installation he has no answer. He asks us to call the company people since he only service provider.


We call the company call center they gave the number of Mr Bharat(9379037006) His Employee ID 5180 which was given by Him. We explain everything to him he says give me a Day he will call us and resolve the issue but never calls back or remembers the issue when we call him . After repeated calls to him he says that we have broken the door and he will not do any thing about it and tells us that we will not get any refund. When we ask him to give his higher Authority contact details he tells us you can only find out on your own.
