IFB Elite service sucks big time

We have bought IFB Elite washing machine because we wanted to buy the best. Within the first month, there was a problem in the motor and we had to followup several times to replace it. After that we took the extended warranty to make sure that we don’t have to spend more than the premium we already paid. Now again the plastic hinge got broken and the door came out separately. We registered a complaint and had been following up SEVERAL Times with the customer care.


Finally they gave this escalation guy’s no Sharad 9551644401 / 2 (Chennai) No one picked the first no. The second no was picked by Harish and he said there are no technicians available. What the hell? This is a dead end. So now what call a roadside mechanic to fix this if they don’t respond? Beware of buying IFB. Their SERVICE SUCKS BIG TIME!!!
