Gud machine but bad service

I had first had my eyes on this machine on Oct 28 , 2005 ... and it arrived at my home on Nov 4, 2005 after lots of frantic calls to the dealer as to where on earth was my machine. Then the service technician was supposed to be coming in the next day to install the machine but instead he arrived only on Nov 17th.....this too after thousands of phone calls which go to a call center somewhere out of Karnataka and they dont even know the service technician and these people keep telling you that they will call you back after they get an update and believe me that update just never happens...Ok so at last they came to install the machine on the 17th .


The washing machine is damn neat.... very efficient and all that... but since the service is bad.....i dont know how long IFB will stand strong.
