Poor customer service

I own IFB washing machine Executive Elite. It worked fine for almost 8 years. Then it started giving trouble. I understand due to machines age it will trouble a bit. The problem is with the customer service. It usually takes more than a week for their executive to visit my house. Recent complaint no 10590002 was logged on 23 rd march 2013. There is no response from them.  I was in process of short listing a new machine. I am sure I will not buy IFB brand any more.


I will not recommend any of my friend to rely on customer service of IFB. Its poor.
