Overall a decent product, durable and easy to use, albiet makes a lot of noise, also require quite a bit of maintenance. If your machine is down and requires servicing, you had it. Try logging in a call at the Service Center and I bet no body would respond. Even if they respond, you may have to wait for several days often weeks for the technician to arrive.
If you are a bit friendly with the technician and have his personal cell phone number, you might be given preference over other customers in terms of attending the call. Else, you may have go indefinitely wait for the Customer Service Department to respond. Overall not a very pleasant experience, even in a city like Mumbai. Imagine if you were living in a B Class or C Class city? You are sure to have a harrowing experience. I’d suggest you try an LG, Godrej or Samsung.
I’ve been using other consumer goods from these companies and can surely tell you the after sales service is much better.
