I have IFB washing machine, They have very poor service and customer care service. Their customer care service useless and they give the service support number and asked me to run behind their service engineers, they don’t know the value of customer and take it for granted.
I had couple of instances the they to fix the issue after the follow up and keep replacing the parts unnecessarily and charge more also they take the old parts. They say it is their company policy.
Be careful before you buy IFB service sucks. and rips money on unwanted replacements.
