The Most Miserable Product

The company should provide a service engineer full time at home along with the machine. It makes noise like a super sonic jet. Every 15 days a engineer is required to service the machine.


The machine is of very bad quality. I have observed that this is the common experience of all owners of this machine. The service engineer is more keen to sell some powder than service the machine and even more so they do not give receipt and collect cash. The service engineers are not properly trained.


They never come on time.  The only time they call is when the AMC expires.The company does not any address on its website for readdresal. There is an online form to be submitted, to which they do not respond. The mtnl line is always busy so you have to make a std call to their phone number


I will never touch any product of this company in my life.
