After sale service

After sale service of IFB is very bad. They do not bother to attend the complaint you register on their Customer care nor they take the feed back from you.


The customer care people never try to contact about the feedback from the customer nor they feel to take the position of their complaint.


They have got the worst customer care amongst all the Home appliances products.
