A very good robust machine. There was a service issue in first year which was rectified by sending the washing machine at IFB factory (all cost borne by IFB). Once this issue was rectified the machine has been running without any issues for last 7+ yrs. A very good and durable product.
I believe newer washing machines would be little more quiet.
