After I bought the machine, I was surprised because the machine used to run the whole day to wash 1 batch of clothes.. morning 10 am to evening 6 pm the machine will run continuously. Even after this, clothes were not properly washed.
When contacted, the service men said some part inside has broken and now nothing can be done. poor response. I told them. I’ll even pay for the repair, but they said nothing can be done. They didn’t explain clearly too. . they just said "sorry nothing can be done"
All this happened within 1 month of buying.
