IFB Microvawe Owen 30SC2 is worst product under the sun, as my door is defective from day one of purchase, was replaced after a lots of reminders, after 11 months of follow up, but again still not working, under paid AMC of Rs. 1535 yearly upto 06/07/2015.
My customer code 2585068 Complaint no.14220395 despite 3 long paid phone calls to your complaint no. 1860 425 5678 costing Rs. 46+ 66+ 78 despite sending emails & SMSs. Complaint not yet acknowledged to me by email / SMS to my registered mobile. MY complaints were attended by Ms Julie/ Shiksha/ Diksha/ Neitiea & one male floor Supervisor at Goa/ Pune etc., who refused to name himself, as courtesy demands.
IFB is using plastic parts, which go bad every month, we need sturdy parts, for lifelong operations. Company first uses, inferior quality plastic parts, then forces customers to take AMC.
You are finally required to replace the door, asap & send a fully functional door locking / release system or refund me the purchase price & AMC amount in full plus compensation for deficiency in your services, by Bank Draft.
Please let me know as to why, should I not put up the entire recordings of the conversations with you, on a website, to warn the gullible buyers about your defective products, the deficiency in your services, inefficient complaint registration system, at your risk responsibility & costs?
A response by email followed by your official letter by SpeedPost at my registered email ID & Postal address, shall be highly appreciated, explaining your side of the story asap.
