I have purchased this machine and its a week I m following up no one has turned up for installation ! I have to return the machine if this is the way calls are attended. I dont know how machine works! I have been provided phone numbers of branch head for service 9332819124 preethi thats switched off tried like million times and no one answers land line 02230491826. I will speak to kohinoor for replacement of dryer to siemens.
