I warn everyone not to go for IFB. The service from IFB is so poor that your life will be hell. Every product requires service from the manufacturer, but when you will call the company, none will care for your sufferings. The company is Kolkata based, so they are lazy and irresponsible like Bengali Babus.
I had a bad experience with Convection model of 25 SC2. When it stopped working, I called on the service provider, but no one came to my house for 10 days. After that, when I called them again and again over phone, the technician came in a reluctant mood and claimed thousnad rupees for changing parts. My question, why should I pay within warranty period?
After paying the money, I got my oven working. But after one month, it got out of order again! After frequent calls to the sevice provider, the technician came again to charge an amount of Rs. 1500 for changing a’minor’ part. What a bitter experience.
Everybody should avoid IFB for keeping peace in his home.
