I registered my complaint in Nov12.. no action taken till jan-13. Re-regd with customer care on 07-Jan13 Complaint No. 10355277 with Mr Pawan.. till date, your DWARKA, New Delhi service centre has not made even the site visit cos your MOST NOTORIOUS and CORRUPT employee Mr ANURAG/ANURAJ demanded me Rs.4-5, 000 to rectify my microwave.
We agreed to this but the CORRUPT GUY demanded this money for replacement of transformer which could not be rectified according to him and all this without giving the company bills and promised his own personal services. To this we refused to get the things done, and did BIGGEST MISTAKE of life by calling your customer care for hundred times - still awaiting for some action. YESTERDAY, called an engineer from my locality who took a max of fifteen minutes and changed the rusted contacts of the same transformer and declared all well with an assurance of atleast 90 days of his service.. all this is just Rs.300/-... this am talking about the same transformer for which IFBs MOST CORRUPT EMPLOYEE Mr ANURAG/ANURAJ and entire team of DWARKA, Delhi service centre made an issue of replacement and that too without giving IFB company bills.
I just wanted to THANK YOU TODAY FOR NOT ATTENDING A SERIOUS CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS IN LAST THREE MONTHS.. else Id have been CHEATED BY YOUR EMPLOYEES and had to shell out more money than ever expected.. I know, this form is again going down the drain bcos IFB COMPANY DOES NOT BELIEVE IN LISTENING TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.. AND THEY PROMOTE THEIR BEST-OF-CORRUPT EMPLOYEES like any govt machinery.. seriously SHAME on You IFB .. am going to post this three months ordeal on maximum social networking sites as possible to let people know the reality of your NON-SENSE behavior towards old customers... Thanks once again for NOT ATTENDING MY COMPLAINT.
