This is probably the worst after sales service from any company that I have seen. I bought a microwave 5 months back and it is now not working, whenever I call the customer care, they tell lies that my complaint is escalated, but it never happened. 3 times executive told that i am escalating it, but it still remained the same.
When I asked to transfer the call to senior executive, they disconnected the call.
I made a mistake buying your product (which cannot last even for 6 months) but now ifb is not fixing it.
Never buy IFB products.
