Worst customer support (IFB point - neelangarai). It has been more than 2 months since we got the oven yet the manual is not provided for us. They said we can contact the chef Mrs. Lakshmi, who will guide us if we have any doubts regarding the oven operation. But she always speaks in a harsh way and never responds to me in a polite way. Totally disappointed. And I’ll never recommend IFB microwave to anyone.
