I bought this machine hoping that it would solve my dish washing problems. Here I am. Now forced to "scrap" the machine which is hardly three years old because IFB has stopped service support for this ":model" Well, if machines costing Rs. 25000 or so are to be replaced every three years, let us not think about any product from IFB. They seem to change models without notice and stop supplying spares. Take it or leave it.
The other part of the misery is, the worst standards of Service Support. The outsourcing of Service support may be good for the company. But spoils the brand image because, they aren’t interested unless the service bill is high! They do not respond to your calls nor do give any commitment. The standard reply is " we have sent a spare part request to IFB h.o. and yet to receive any reply from them"
And talk about the call center. they give you a seven digit number, which if you forget, can never be traced. And you need to register a compalint again and you are back in the queue again.
Have registered a complaint in their web site. Hopefully, they respond. Or else.what.? Need to scrap the machine and never look at the brand IFB.
