I bought the neptune dishwasher in 2009 but trust me from that day till today i’ve have complained 10 times to the ifb personnel about the non functioning, ....15 days it works hassle free and then I dread the 16 th day as some or the other problem crops up.
The salt of the dishwasher gets over in a week, thus I have to spend 400 rupees on salt just for a month. Earlier this month I also had a problem with the control board and I paid 4000 rupees for it. The Ifb is very slow at providing service.They are just interested in selling the product but their after sales service is gross, pathetic and disgusting.
Even the managers of the Ifb have no manners. either they dont pick up your phone or they talk rudely, and if they by chance pick up the phone only to disconnect it and then switch off their mobiles in avoidance of my call.
Way to go IFB...
