Please don’t buy it. It’s horrible...after sales sucks....they are bloody un professional people, please don’t buy any IFB product since after sales would be same for every product, I have had a horrible experience even though the product is in warranty, from last 2 months I am waiting for a solution, I have even requested them to take it back for free. All calls to customer care stands unanswered...
Just a short synopsis of what has happened to the product:-
2 months back Dishwasher suddenly stopped working, after rigorous follow up for 15 days somebody visited, did some checks & the product started working fine & asked me to buy some detergent of 3000, we said please give us & we will use it, to which he said I am not carrying it right now, I will give it you in 2 days....ma’am lekin uske liye aap advance de do.....we said that please get the product & we will pay you right away, he never came back. After 15 days again dishwasher stopped working, service agent appears after 5 days of follow up & says there is some IC issue & I will get it in 2 days, since your product is in warranty therefore it will be free of cost but give us 2 days, after 18 days he turned up, changed the product & from last 1 week Dishwasher is not cleaning the utensils properly & I am still following up.
Next time somebody comes to rectify it I will tie that person & I might kill him....
