IFB has no concept of providing timely services to its customer. Our dish washer is not functioning, it is under AMC. A technician came to check the machine and promised to return in a day with new PCB to replace the faulty one. Now 3 weeks have passed, despite several call to the call centre, technician and Laxmi services in Noida, no one has come to replace PCB.
IFB has an utterly shameless service. Even the managers do not care about the services, they don’t even talk courteously to their clients.
