I purchased the Neptune dishwasher last year. The product is good but very poor in after sales service and support. The dealor network is also very poor and the dealors are totally disinterested in selling and promoting the IFB product. The additives like detergents and other liquids are not easily available in the market and the availability info is hard to locate.
The service call centre people are not responding at all. They just register the complaint and give the complaint number. Later nobody calls up and no one visits the house. The information about the sales or senior management of the IFB is not available on the company web site.
I am regretting my decision. May think of selling this and will go for another one like Haier or Samsung. Initially I thought IFB is a global brand but I was wrong. I suggest other people to rethink once before opting for the IFB home appliances.
After I posted the above review couple of weeks back, I received a call and my dishwasher was taken for repair by the local dealer. Then onwards same cycle started again. I am calling daily to the dealer to get my dishwasher back. In the meantime I think the dealer got changed and the new dealer wants the dishwasher in his premises to repair. I am totally fed up of all this.
I dont understand why they need to carry dishwasher to their premises to repair. Its relatively new purchase. Never seen such a kind of service and response. I request all the potential end users not to go for IFB products.
