Worst Product, Poorest Service, Cheating Customers

I bought a NEPTUNE model to get rid off from maid in PUNE. For installation and demo I had called upmteen times to IFB. No response. Lastly they sent som1 just to fill up the formality.


After that when I started using it gave me a well feeling how I lost my 30K on that. **It never washes utensiles properly. Takes much time to keep the utensiles in proper place. Unable to fit dishes of a couple also. You have to wash the dishes again. Forget to see your tea pots shining again, you have to rubb them again.


After that when I ordered for rinse aid and salt, they comitted to deliver within 48 hours. **But IFB is putting all it’s best effort to proove how poor service it has. Date of order - 10th Nov 08, Order number - 49443. I am calling 4 times each day, they say you call param yadav whose cell number is always swithced off. Again they say you call mumbai office etc. Else they’ll say today it’ll be delivered, I wait with hold to all my other works.But ALASH!. Top of that you have to listen those nonsense promo voices while calling them and pay your phone bill on that.


Can IFB answer me why all this drama happning?
