My story about IFB - Neptune - DX

I had even searched MS before settling for this machine. Though the reviews were very encouraging, we had settled for this machine because it appeared much popular and as no.of colleagues in my colony owns it and IFB has direct Shruthisharma set-up. Even the web page for on-line purchases appeared to be good though I have not used it. I went to their office on 01.09.2012 which deals with direct Shruthisharma, with a little talk on bargain, they had offered it for Rs. @28, 800/-. and purchased it on 01.09.2012.


Chronology of events:


1) Purchase of Machine - 01.09.2012.


2) Installation - 06.09.2012.


We have purchased the machine on 01.09.12 with Sr no. SN 00631315000613630399. We could only get the machine installed on 06.09.12. We started getting Rinse-Aid indication soon after installation. When we contacted the service department they advised us to pour more rinse aid. even after pouring more rinse the indicator did not stop. as the problem persisted, we had to call service person. Service person came and inspected on 17.09.12 and informed that due to damaged rinse aid compartment all the rise aid we were pouring was getting leaked within the machine. He said that rinse aid compartment needs to be changed as it has come damaged. he had asked us to speak to service head. we have spoken to the service head and informed that we can not settle for any thing other than replacement of machine. We have been without peace of mind since purchasing this machine as we had faced problems every day. first we had to follow up installation and continuous follow up on rinse aid problem. Now we are waiting for Machine replacement.
