We are using IFB neptune dishwasher since 7 months. It proved to be a real blessing since we got rid of dirty dish washing by the maid and her tantrums and the maid herself! Everything was going on well and we used it once and sometimes twice a day. Then the detergent-kits supplied at the time of purchase with additional kit bought at the same time was exhausted and we procured a new kit from IFB. Since then there have been persistent problem of white detergent stains on the vessels.
The service providers attributed it to wrong detergent quality, had it replaced but problem recurred after 4-5 washes. We are in touch with them again and after this problem is sorted out, it is definitely a very good investment for working people and people who want to avoid maid servant issues and like to keep a clean and hygienic kitchen. The IFB people should monitor all products and provide on line counselling and guidance in advance to let the customers become aware of such probable issues as well and most important, their service providers must be thoroughly trained and polite and very cooperative which some are NOT.
