I am using Neptune from last years, I do not found any complaint. I attached 4KVA stabilizer from very first day. A water softer inlet offered by IFB service staff. Tray. It has rat mesh, so rat can’t spoil the machine.White spots was the problem and bulk purchase (i.e. a year supply) was a problem with IFB supplies.
Fro supply, I moved to Finish online (https://finish.co.in/). Now I purchase only monthly/bimonthly supply and pay by my credit card. Finish do not take any delivery/courier charges.
With finish white spots no more the problem.

I din’t try them yet, but they are willing to send the small supply by courier. May be in next couple of months I will give them a try.
Overall, I am quite happy with the performance of dishwasher and recommends for Purchase.
