IFB Neptune VX Fully Electronic Dishwasher

Purchased IFB dishwasher on 10th October, 2020. It cost me around 38, 700 rs.

I thought this dishwasher will run fine for almost 10yrs but that is not

the case.

Please don’t ever purchase IFB dishwasher.

Till today following dishwasher parts are replaced -

1. Salt chamber twice

   
   




2. Rinse aid box

   
   




3. Heater twice

   
   




4. PCB

   
   




5. NTC

   
   




6. Display chip

   
   

Almost costing 20k plus.

This dishwasher is faulty one no doubt even India IFB head cant deny this.

IFB service provider are happy for replacing parts even if it cost 50k but

they won’t replace it at any cost.
