Hello people here is our story of IFB refrigerator. We bought the refrigerator believe whatever the seller said. Well it has good space so felt good, but our IFB "NEW" Refrigerator stoped working just after 3 weeks, first it started to make noise very loud noise and then stopped cooling and started heating too much heat, my all food inside it got spoiled because. We were afraid and switched off the fridge. Now about complaining and replacement. They sent their technician after 3 days, he came and said need replacements of sensors , like which refrigerators sensors go bad just within 3 weeks ¿. We asked for replacement instead they changed the entire sensors inside the fridge. Again noise started coming but this time very less and also it started condensation issues due to sudden cooling and heating. They didn’t agree for replacement they said the issue is common in all fridge. So here is our suggestion please don’t buy IFB products.
