I have been a loyal IFB Customer for years. I purchased 3 IFB Products worth Rs. 118500 on the same day on 15th June 2013. Despite of the fact that IFB has recently launched its range of refrigerators only few months back, I still went for it and purchased 446 Litres Fridge trusting IFB over all other brands in the market. On few days of usage, I felt number of problems with the product which I even raised with IFB with no solution at all. Fridge’s door is so low in Height and there is just no provision to increase the height and Door nearly touches the floor injuring feet of person operating the fridge. My all Family Members have been injured so far and IFB says, they have no solution to this. Adding disgust to this is that Fridge stands only on 3 Legs. WOW.But I can still live with this.
But, yesterday, on 22nd Sept 2013, Fridge just stopped working with even Stabalizer connected (V Guard - 3 Minutes of Time Delay recommended by IFB Dealer Only) , Stabaliser is still in Good Condition, working perfectly but as Informed to me by Service Technician who visited (Ticket Raised at IFB CRM - 11526464) , PCB of Fridge has conked off for some unknown reasons and need to be replaced. I can not accept this. How PCB got burnt with even Stabaliser connected ? Is the product designed wrong with no Quality checks at all ?
I DEMAND FOR AN IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT OF THE WHOLE PRODUCT AS MY HOUSE IS WITHOUT A FRIDGE FOR LAST 2 DAYS IN THIS SCORCHING SUMMER.
Till now, I have only good words to say for IFB and I hope this shall stay even in the future.
Please provide me with an immediate replacement with a new sealed piece with same specifications in next 24 Hours.
