The IFB Washing Machines have extremely pathetic after sales service. This company is not reliable at all.
If you file a complaint with them, you will never receive a response.It has been 4 months since I filed a complaint. I have made repeated calls to their managers as well as engineers, and nobody has bothered to solve my problem.Do no buy this company’s product. It will only give you problems later on.
